Educational Disclaimer
What this site provides
Nursing Study OS provides nursing education and exam-preparation materials: study guides, priority frameworks, practice questions with rationales, study planning tools, and a personalized study system sold as Nursing Study OS™. All of it is educational study content.
What this site is not
- It is not a clinical decision support tool.
- It is not a substitute for nursing school.
- It is not medical advice.
- It is not individualized patient treatment advice.
- It is not a medication prescribing or dosing system.
- It is not an emergency triage tool.
- It is not a substitute for your institution's policies and procedures.
- It is not a replacement for your instructors, your preceptors or current clinical guidelines.
Clinical content
Clinical information on this site is framed as educational study content and is written from cited sources. Each page carries a visible review status. Content that has not been signed off by a named nursing reviewer is labelled as pending independent clinical review, and you should weight it accordingly.
We deliberately do not publish medication doses, laboratory reference ranges or clinical thresholds. Those vary between institutions, laboratories and patient populations, and they are revised. Take every such value from your own course material, your institution's current resources, or the primary source — never from a study site.
Medication content
Medication information here is provided for educational review, organized by drug class and focused on what a nursing exam tests. Always use current approved clinical resources, current prescribing information and your institution's policies in real patient care.
Laboratory values
Reference ranges vary between laboratories. Any range referenced in study material is educational. Read the range printed on the actual report, and interpret it alongside the patient rather than in isolation.
Dosage calculations
All calculation content on this site is educational practice. Worked examples and practice problems are exercises, not dosing instructions, and outputs must never be used to determine what a real patient receives.
Clinical cases
Every clinical scenario on this site is synthetic and written for teaching. No case describes a real person. Do not enter identifiable patient information into the study check, the onboarding questions, the diagnostic, or any email to us.
No outcome guarantees
We do not guarantee that using this site will result in passing any examination, including course examinations and the NCLEX, or in achieving any particular score. What this site does is help you focus your study time. What that produces depends on the work you do, your program and your exam.
Trademarks
