Refund Policy

The short version: if Nursing Study OS™ is not useful to you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request and there is nothing to return.

Why the policy is this simple

This is a $19 digital product bought by students, often days before an exam. Making someone argue their case for $19 while they are revising would be a worse use of their time than the product could ever be worth. So we do not.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from any address, including the email address you used at checkout so we can find the payment.
  2. Say that you would like a refund. You do not need to explain why, though if something specific went wrong we would like to know so we can fix it.
  3. We process the refund through Stripe. Your bank typically shows it within five to ten working days, depending on the card issuer.

What you keep

Anything you already downloaded or printed is yours. We do not revoke access, and there is nothing to send back — your study system is generated in your own browser from your answers.

After the 14-day window

Email us anyway. If something went genuinely wrong — the system failed to generate, you were charged twice, the content did not match what you selected — we will sort it out regardless of the date. The window exists to give a clear default, not to be used as a reason to refuse a reasonable request.

If your payment succeeded but generation failed

This is not a refund case unless you want it to be. Your purchase is recorded and you can return to your onboarding link and generate again at no additional cost. You will never be asked to pay twice for the same purchase. If the link is not working, email us and we will restore access.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, email us and we will refund the duplicate immediately. That is an error on our side, not a refund request, and it is not subject to any time window.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a $19 digital product costs us considerably more than the refund would and takes far longer for you. We have never refused a refund request and do not intend to start.

The free parts stay free

The study check, the study profile, the mini plan and every study guide on this site are free and stay free whether or not you ever buy anything or ask for a refund.
