Privacy Policy

The short version: your study check answers are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us. There is no account and no password. We do not load third-party tracking scripts. If you buy the product, we hold your email address and your study answers so we can deliver it, and nothing else.
What we collect
The free study check
Your five answers are saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back to your result. They are not transmitted to a server. Clearing your browser data deletes them. No email address, no name and no account are required at any point.
If you buy Nursing Study OS™
We hold the minimum needed to deliver the product:
- Your email address, so we can send your secure access link and handle support or a refund.
- Your study answers — course, weak areas, exam topics, exam date, daily study time, and diagnostic results if you take it — so your study system can be generated and regenerated.
- A payment record from Stripe, which is the transaction reference and status. We never see or store your card number.
Analytics
We record anonymous product events — that a study check was started or completed, that a product page was viewed, that a purchase completed — plus which page and content cluster a visitor arrived on. This tells us which parts of the site are useful and which content to write next.
These events carry only low-cardinality values chosen from fixed lists, such as "pharmacology" or "1–3 days". They never include your email address, your exam date, anything you typed, or anything that identifies you. There is no third-party analytics script on this site.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Health records or anything about your own health.
- Any patient information. Do not enter it anywhere on this site.
- A home address.
- A phone number.
- A student ID or institutional login.
- A password — because there are no accounts.
- Your card details, which go directly to Stripe.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The site uses browser storage for two things: keeping your assessment answers on your device, and remembering which page you arrived from during a single session for attribution.
Who we share data with
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, who process your payment details under their own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server request logs. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and refund handling. Study answers associated with a purchase are kept so you can regenerate your system. You can ask us to delete everything associated with your email address at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. Because we hold very little, these requests are usually straightforward.
Children
This site is intended for nursing students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change and the change will appear in the site changelog. We will not quietly start collecting more than this page describes.
